I redesigned several United Airlines topic pages to streamline the site experience on particularly content-dense pages. By focusing on correcting some issues with visual hierarchy, site visitors were able to find relevant information faster, increasing engagement and alleviating some of the page’s larger pain points.

I also designed several content banners to drive engagement to various initiatives & offers on the site.
